Una Zulic is Senior Managing Partner at The Elder Group in New York. 

With over a decade of experience in client relations and business development, Una has partnered with high-impact nine and ten figure entrepreneurs, driving sustained business growth and forging durable partnerships across a diverse spectrum of stakeholders.

Una leverages her extensive international experience in Business Consulting - marketing, sales, branding, negotiation, M&A, and AI integration while navigating complex capital landscapes and accelerating client value creation.

Master’s Degree in Management Engineering at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences in Belgrade, Serbia, and the Aviation Academy at Emirates Aviation University in Dubai, UAE.

She has traveled extensively to over 80 countries, enriching her cultural insights and strategic perspective.

Beyond business, Una was recognized as one of Serbia’s most talented Classical Guitar players, a fashion designer, and a Judo medalist in the International Judo Federation’s Women’s Junior Featherweight category. 

She leads with family-first principles, applying the same values to building trustworthy, long term business relationships.
