However, we take a very conservative approach to how we deliver these opportunities to them. The numbers and the profit for our investors must be fully vetted before delivery. We receive many requests. We decline most of them. Speculation is one thing, however the reality in the actual "ask" must be very solid and definable. We treat each deal as if it was our own money. We look at all angles and go through a rigorous process - which can take months - before delivering a potential deal to our sources. At the end of the day, it's the Elder Group's integrity that stands behind these referrals. The Elder Group has strong relationships with banks and private companies that provide debt as well.
