Meet Joel

Joel is an iconic real estate figure in New York city and around the globe.  He has been recognized on Commercial Observer’s “The Power 100” in 2018 and 2019 annual ranking of most influential players in commercial real estate. He was a recipient of the Lewis Rudin Award for Outstanding Career Performance in the commercial real estate industry. 

Joel is an active member of various industry organizations including the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Avenue of Americas Association, CoreNet and Commercial Industrial Brokers Society. 

Joel brings to the Elder Group his strategic commercial real estate experience of 35 years with companies including Lee & Associates, Grubb & Ellis, and Newmark, and a proven track record of opening and expanding multiple regional markets and building each one into a successful full-service commercial real estate office.
