Meet Kathy

Kathy McCabe is a multifaceted professional whose career encompasses virtual assistance, photography, and holistic health. Since 1996, she has led Hilltop Secretarial, a firm dedicated to providing quality and affordable administrative services. Her extensive experience across various industries—including a chain saw shop, a funeral home, a college, and a real estate office—equips her to efficiently collaborate with a wide range of clients.  She has worked extensively with the Elder Group for over 25 years.

In addition to her administrative expertise, Kathy is a passionate herbalist and naturopathy practitioner. Her journey into herbalism began when her migraine medication was discontinued, prompting her to explore natural remedies. This exploration led to a profound appreciation for the healing power of herbs, culminating in her accreditation by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) and her status as an Associate Member of the American Herbalist Guild. 

Kathy shares her extensive knowledge through her blog, Herbal Journal, where she offers insights into easy herbal remedies and holistic wellness practices.
